Alerts and signal matching
How TokenLume alerts work: presets, custom rules, channels, cooldowns, and delivery delays.
What alerts are
Alerts are rules you configure under Alerts. The worker matches new signals (and some price conditions) against your rules and creates notifications. TokenLume does not continuously poll the chain once per user for each alert.
Presets and custom rules
Presets include important token activity, whale-like activity, liquidity risk, holder movement, and portfolio intelligence. Custom rules can target a token, wallet, or global scope with optional signal type, minimum severity/confidence, and cooldown minutes.
Channels: in-app and email (when email delivery is enabled and Resend is configured). Delivery mode preferences live in Settings.
Delays and expectations
Alerts may lag upstream provider refreshes, signal generation, and matcher job intervals. A condition that appears on an exchange ticker may show later — or not at all — if TokenLume never observed matching data. See Data freshness.
