TokenLume provides informational tools for Cardano market and on-chain data, including prices, liquidity metrics, wallet views (read-only), watchlists, alerts, Pulse briefings, and signal classifications. Features may change, be limited by account tier, or require registration.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use via [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse rate limits, scrape the service excessively, or attempt to compromise security.

Optional CIP-30 wallet connection is for read-only display and convenience. TokenLume does not request transaction signing for core analytics features unless a future feature explicitly asks for your approval in the wallet. You remain solely responsible for any transaction you approve in your wallet software.

Data is aggregated from public blockchains and third-party providers. It may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. See the Market Data & Risk Disclaimer.

• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or harassment.
• Do not reverse engineer or overload infrastructure (including automated scraping beyond reasonable personal use).
• Respect intellectual property in the UI, branding, and proprietary aggregations.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the website for personal or internal business analysis in accordance with these terms. We retain all rights in the service, software, and branding except for open-source components used under their licenses.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of TokenLume (tokenlume.com) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for trading losses, arising from use of the service or reliance on data shown. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence if you qualify as a consumer in the EU. Courts in Spain shall have jurisdiction for business users; consumers may bring claims in their home jurisdiction where required by law.
